Under the direct supervision of the International Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist in Pakistan and in close coordination with Humanitarian Programme Team, the Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that results-based monitoring and evaluation plan developed, implemented, and results acted upon within the humanitarian programme component. S/he will be responsible for results-based reporting and ensuring the use of results-based indicators, humanitarian data collection and analysis to inform programming and readjustment processes. S/he will also contribute to the formulation of humanitarian workplans, drawing upon the monitoring and analysis of interventions, and lessons learned.
